Before you contact us, we ask you to consider our position on ethics, values, mission and moral code:
1. Ethics - These are a set of Principles by which we try to conduct our affairs - they guide our decisions from moment to moment.

a. Mutuality - However we might work together, we share responsibility for the success of the outcomes.

b. Honesty of Intent - We will honestly try to achieve all we can to achieve whatever goals we have agreed.

c. The customer is not always right (does anyone really believe this?) and nor are we.

d. We aim to achieve and also aim to learn from what does not go to plan.

e. If we only started what we knew we could achieve we would never achieve much, so sometimes life is about taking a calculated risk.

2. Values - We value trust, honesty, equality, harmony, and diversity, even when they appear to be contradictory!

3. Mission - Our mission is to understand more and then help other people to understand more, about how we think.

4. Moral Code - Even when, and especially when, life gives us all its complexity, we seek to collaborate, with humility.

We seek to live fully, laugh with others, engage with others, and live as part of a world village where we all learn from everyone and everything.
